If you wish to bid on an auction item but are unable to attend the Auction, please use this form to submit an “absentee bid”. The Auction Committee and Auctioneer will execute this written bid on your behalf. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the bids of people in attendance. Due to the uncertainties of bidding patterns and timing, an item may sell to an attendee for the same amount or even slightly less than the amount authorized by an absentee bidder.
All decisions about bid acceptance are at the discretion of the Auction Committee and the Auctioneer. ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

In order for your Absentee Bid to be valid, it must be received in the IDS office with both pages of this form completed NO LATER THAN FRIDAY April 26th, 2012 by 3:15 PM.
Payment for the winning items will be handled by preregistering your credit card information when submitting this form. Charges will only be submitted once a final bid has been validated by the auction committee and will not exceed those listed above.
