Description: What’s cooking at IDS? Chefs will
explore international cuisines and
cultures such as Korean, Chinese,
Vietnamese, Italian, Indian, and of
course American. They will learn how
to cut, measure, mix, and prepare
delicious meals such as Korean beef
bulgogi, stir fry noodles, wonton
soup, Chinese Barbeque, homemade
ice cream, delicious fruit pies, and
much more! Chefs will design their
own aprons, write in their daily
cooking journals, and bring home
delicious ready to eat meals to their
families. All food and supplies are
included in the fee for this class.
