What do you love or value most about teaching at IDS?

Each day when I enter IDS, I am greeted by happy, engaged students who feel confident in taking on new and interesting challenges. Teachers work to build independence and everyone feels safe, welcome and relaxed. This trait is omnipresent, and makes for a really terrific learning environment for both student and educator.
