The IDS community observed Veterans Day with special speeches and presentations by US Veterans. WTNH News8 was there to interview Dr. Ro and share the story. Additionally, students lowered and folded our old U.S. flag and raised our new U.S. flag for the very first time as we collectively sang the Star Spangled Banner. Many thanks to US Navy Veteran Phil DesJardins and his wife Louise, for being with us and donating the new flag to the IDS community.
