Beech Tree Fund

At The Independent Day School students learn to be FEARLESS. Eighth graders lead All-School Meetings and Kindergartners perform for the first time in a class play. The tallest and the smallest band together, stretching to do their best at Field Day. They hone their skills as budding musicians and artists. They push themselves to be better students and kinder friends. IDS children do things that feel hard and they are better for it.

We encourage our entire community to be FEARLESS in their generosity and giving by contributing to The Annual Beech Tree Fund.
The Beech Tree Annual Fund is IDS's annual fund. Gifts are unrestricted contributions given and spent within the current fiscal year in support of the School’s operating budget. After tuition, contributions to The Beech Tree Fund are the single largest source of yearly income for IDS.

All members of the IDS community—trustees, parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and other friends—are asked to participate in making a gift to The Beech Tree Fund each year. The Beech Tree Fund’s success depends on the generosity of our donors. Our goal is 100 percent participation from trustees, faculty and staff, and current parents.
